REMEMBERING, 2007-09
Approx. 20 photographic works
The subject of the REMEMBERING series was items found among my grandparents' belongings: clothes, fabrics, household items—and war photographs. I photographed these objects and continued working with the images by applying layers or exposing areas. As a result, they were abstracted and obscured, and additional layers of meaning emerged.
